Once more, BioFach positioned itself as the major international fair for organics. Celebrated each year at Germany's Nuernberg fairground, BioFach ended Feb. 18 with records: 45,000 visitors and 2,566 exhibitors, 20% more than 2006. Two-thirds of exhibitors came from outside Germany, mainly Italy, Spain, France and Austria.
